Constancia

Constancia is a melodic hard rock project that began as the creative vision of Swedish keyboardist Mikael Rosengren, who previously played with bands like Scudiero and Token. In 2007, Rosengren penned a batch of songs and teamed up with guitarist Janne Stark, known for his work in bands such as Overdrive and Grand Design. As the project took shape, they recruited drummer Peter "TrumPeter" Svensson, bassist Michael Mueller, and vocalist David Fremberg, bringing together a lineup of seasoned musicians from across Europe. The group’s debut, Lost And Gone, was released in 2009 on Frontiers Records.

Despite geographical distance and busy schedules, Constancia has continued to release albums over the years, blending classic rock and melodic sensibilities. Notable releases include Brave New World and IV Evermore, with more recent work featuring vocalist Pete Godfrey. The band is known for crafting memorable, guitar-driven anthems and is beloved by fans of melodic rock who appreciate the project’s collaborative spirit and quality musicianship.
