Paul Fuster

Paul Fuster is a folk-rock musician from North America, with roots in Catalonia. Born in Minnesota, he later moved to New York and eventually settled in Cardona, Catalonia, where he began his career as a singer-songwriter. His music is deeply rooted in American folk-rock traditions. Fuster has released several albums, including *36 Weeks*, *Battleship*, *Happy Nothing*, *Repte*, and *Go/Between*. He has performed at various festivals and venues across Catalonia and Europe, showcasing his unique blend of folk and rock influences. Additionally, Fuster was part of the experimental music project Proton-Proton, alongside Aron Sanchez and Jarrod Ruby.

Fuster's music often reflects a personal and introspective style, with *Happy Nothing* being noted for its lighter tone compared to his earlier works. His song "Montserrat" from *36 Weeks* was featured in the film *Krámpack* by Cesc Gay. Throughout his career, Fuster has been recognized for his contributions to the independent music scene in Catalonia, receiving the Altaveu award in 2002 for his innovative approach to music.
