Adryana Ribeiro

Adryana Ribeiro, born Adriana Ribeiro de Carvalho on October 22, 1973, in São Paulo, Brazil, is a renowned singer and composer. She is known for her versatile style, which spans genres like samba, pagode, pop, and MPB. Adryana gained recognition early in her career when music critic Sérgio Cabral referred to her as the "new revelation of samba" after her participation in a test for Sony BMG Music Entertainment in 1994. Her debut album, *Adryana Ribeiro*, released in 1995, featured collaborations with notable artists such as Martinho da Vila and Demônios da Garoa.

Adryana achieved significant success with the group "Adryana e a Rapaziada," which blended various musical styles and gained national recognition. After her work with the group, she returned to her solo career, focusing on samba and pagode.
