Johnny Kidd & The Pirates

Johnny Kidd & The Pirates were a British rock and roll band formed in London in 1959. The band was fronted by charismatic singer Johnny Kidd, who was known for his energetic stage presence and distinctive vocal style. Their biggest hit was the 1960 single "Shakin' All Over," which reached number one on the UK Singles Chart and became a rock and roll classic. The band also released several other successful singles, including "I'll Never Get Over You," "A Shot of Rhythm and Blues," and "Hungry for Love." Johnny Kidd & The Pirates disbanded in 1966, but their music continues to be enjoyed by fans around the world.
