LOONA is a South Korean girl group formed by Blockberry Creative. The group embarked on an innovative pre-debut project starting in October 2016, introducing each member to the public through individual singles and music videos, effectively creating sub-units within the group before its official debut in August 2018 with the extended play (EP) "+ +".
