Rawtekk

Rawtekk is a German electronic music duo consisting of Stefan and Christine Westphal from Hamburg. They are known for blending elements of drum and bass, experimental electronica, and minimal techno with a sophisticated edge. The duo began working together in 2011, combining Stefan's production expertise with Christine's singing and songwriting skills. Rawtekk gained recognition with their track "Snowflakes," featured on Hospital Records' offshoot Med School's compilation "New Blood 011" in 2011. They have released several albums, including "Sprouted And Formed" in 2013 and "Here's To Them" in 2016, both on Med School. Additionally, they produce music for commercial spots and develop sample libraries for Steinberg's music software.

Rawtekk's music often explores complex and clean sounds, reflecting their unique approach to electronic genres. They have collaborated with notable artists and have been involved in remix projects, further solidifying their presence in the electronic music scene. Outside of their music releases, they also work under the alias Noise Design for commercial projects. In 2011, they received an award for the best commercial music in Germany, highlighting their versatility and talent in both artistic and commercial music production.
