Cigarette Speedway is an indie rock band from Los Angeles, California. The band was formed in 2018 by singer-songwriter and guitarist Matt Cohen, bassist and vocalist Emily Rose, and drummer and vocalist Matt Maraldo. The band's sound has been described as a mix of classic rock, indie pop, and psychedelic rock. Cigarette Speedway has released two EPs, "Papas + Cigarette Speedway" (2019) and "You've Already Lost" (2021), and two singles, "Rikki" (2022) and "Old Candy" (2023). The band has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and has shared the stage with bands such as The Strokes, The Killers, and Interpol.
