Manu Armata

Manu Armata was a hardcore band from Harlingen, Netherlands, formed in 2007. They were known for their energetic live performances and were a staple in the Dutch hardcore scene, particularly in the regions of Drachten and Friesland. The band's music was heavily influenced by the New York hardcore sound, with fast-paced riffs and a strong emphasis on audience interaction. Manu Armata released several albums, including "Invictus" and "Surpass the Master," showcasing their unique blend of speed and emotional depth. The band was active until 2022, when they separated, and some of its members went on to form new projects, such as Boneripper.

Manu Armata's live shows were characterized by their high energy and the strong connection they maintained with their audience. The band often performed with a tight-knit crew that joined them on stage, creating a lively atmosphere that was reminiscent of classic hardcore punk shows. Despite their eventual disbandment, Manu Armata's legacy continues to be celebrated within the hardcore community for their contributions to the genre and their memorable performances.
