The Bruckner Orchestra Linz is an Austrian orchestra based in Linz, Austria. Founded in 1945, the orchestra is named after the composer Anton Bruckner, who was born in Linz. The orchestra has a long and distinguished history, and has performed with many of the world's leading conductors and soloists. In recent years, the orchestra has released a number of acclaimed recordings, including Korngold Essentials, Korngold: Cello Concerto, Much Ado About Nothing Suite, Straussiana and More, and Kertsman: Amazônia - Symphonic Poem.
