xPERSISTx

xPersistx is a hardcore band from Michigan, formed with the goal of creating music inspired by the straight edge scene of the mid to early 2000s. The band's vocalist, Seth Sprague, has been involved in the hardcore scene since around 2005 and finally found the right moment to start a straight edge band, thanks to the revitalized Michigan hardcore scene. xPersistx draws influences from bands like xRepresentx, xTyrantx, Until the End, Terror, and Inclination, aiming to capture the spirit of mid-2000s tough-guy hardcore with a modern perspective. Their debut EP, *1 Life 2 Decades*, was released and is available on streaming platforms, with plans for cassette releases through Top Floor Tapes. The band is focused on playing shows and working on new music, embodying the fun and energy of their genre.
