Adnan Jakubovic

Adnan Jakubovic is a Bosnian-born DJ, music producer, and founder of Big Bells Records. Born in 1986 in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Jakubovic developed an interest in electronic music early on, influenced by bands like The Prodigy, Depeche Mode, and Massive Attack. His journey into electronic music began with attending techno parties, such as one with Chris Liebing in 2004. Jakubovic's career as a DJ started in 2009, and he has since become a prominent figure in the progressive house genre. He is known for his unique sound, which combines progressive house with trance elements, and has worked with numerous international publishing houses, frequently appearing in Top 100 publications on platforms like Beatport.

Currently residing in Stuttgart, Germany, Jakubovic continues to produce and release music, including a series of DJ mixes under the Big Bells label. His commitment to electronic music has led him to collaborate with various artists and labels worldwide, solidifying his position as one of the leading Bosnian producers in progressive house. Jakubovic also hosts a monthly podcast for Proton Radio, further showcasing his dedication to the electronic music scene.
