Walter Beltrami

Walter Beltrami is a highly regarded Italian guitarist and composer, born on July 12, 1974, in Brescia. He is celebrated as one of the most original and interesting figures in the new Italian jazz scene. Beltrami's musical journey includes studying at the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston, where he had the opportunity to learn from notable educators like Mick Goodrick and Ed Tomassi. His work spans a variety of projects, showcasing his versatility and creativity in jazz and improvised music.

Some of his notable releases include "Felix' Jump" with the Panic Trio, "Kernel Panic," which features collaborations with Giovanni Falzone, Francesco Bearzatti, Stomu Takeishi, and Jim Black, as well as "Paroxysmal Postural Vertigo" and "Piccoli Numeri." These projects highlight his ability to blend different musical styles and collaborate with a diverse range of artists.
