Ocean Jet

Ocean Jet is a Russian band formed in 2013 in Kostroma, known for blending electronic, pop, and rock into their own distinct sound. The group’s lineup features Max Scotch on vocals, keys, and guitar; Jon Myred on bass, keys, and lyrics; and Nikolay Dementiev on drums. Ocean Jet caught early attention with their debut EP Echoes and standout single "Distant," quickly building a loyal following online and performing at major festivals across Russia, including VK-Fest and Moscow Music Week. Their music—often described as a mix of synthrock, indie rock, and pop—is celebrated for its haunting vocals and thoughtful, immersive arrangements. In addition to live performances, Ocean Jet’s work has been featured in short films and theatrical productions, and the band has released several albums and EPs, such as Vengeance, Glowing Black, and Mind Rivers.
