deZeption

deZeption is a Danish synthpop band known for their unique blend of dance-inspired rhythms and melodic soundscapes, often described as "Futurepop with an edge." Formed in 2003 by Jan Brink and Claus Lindeskov Hansen, the band initially gained success with their debut album 'Human Eyes' in 2008, which became a synthpop treasure among electronic music fans. This album helped them reach a broader audience in Denmark, Germany, and Norway. Over the years, deZeption has undergone lineup changes, including the addition of Kim B. Sommer as a live keyboardist and later a permanent member, and Henning Wibrand as the lead singer after Claus left the band in 2011. Today, deZeption operates as a solo project led by Jan Brink, working on new material while maintaining their distinctive electronic pop style.
