Jet Jaguar

Jet Jaguar is a heavy metal band from Cancún, Mexico, known for blending classic metal influences with a modern edge. Formed in 2014, the group quickly made a name for itself by winning the 2017 Wacken Open Air Metal Battle, becoming the first Hispanic-American band to do so. This victory propelled them into international tours across Europe and Latin America, sharing stages with rock legends like Ozzy Osbourne, Deep Purple, and Megadeth. Their music channels a nostalgic love for genres like NWOBHM, hair metal, and thrash, with a distinct nod to their Mayan heritage symbolized by the jaguar in their name. Their debut album, *Endless Nights* (2020), and recent releases such as *Severance* (2025) showcase their energetic sound and ambitious metal vision.

The band members include Raiden (vocals, guitar), Ariyuki (lead guitar), Bori (bass), and Jimmy (drums), all dedicated musicians who have made significant personal sacrifices to pursue their music full time.
