VERA SACRA is the project of Emily Marks, a producer, cellist, and multi-instrumentalist based between Sheffield and London. At just 23 years old, she’s already carving out a unique spot on the UK music scene, blending swirling synth lines with rich strings and whispery vocals to create music that’s both ethereal and deeply intimate. Her sound draws on modern, deconstructed dance, ambient, and neoclassical influences, resulting in tracks that feel as sculptural as they do soulful—whether she’s performing live or producing in the studio.
