Leño was a Spanish rock band formed in Madrid in 1978. The band consisted of Rosendo Mercado (vocals and guitar), Tony Urbano (bass), and Ramiro Penas (drums). Leño's music was characterized by its raw and energetic sound, and their lyrics often dealt with social and political issues. The band released four studio albums and one live album before disbanding in 1983. Leño's music has continued to be popular in Spain, and the band is considered one of the most influential Spanish rock bands of all time.
