Leila Forouhar is a Persian pop and classical singer who has been a prominent figure in Iranian music since the 1970s. Born in 1959, she started her entertainment career as a child actor at just 3 years old. Forouhar later transitioned to music, becoming a popular singer in Iran before emigrating to the United States in 1988 following the Iranian Revolution.
Since moving to the US, Forouhar has continued her successful music career, releasing over 20 albums and gaining popularity among Persian-speaking audiences worldwide. Her music spans multiple genres and languages, with her album "Planet of Harmony" featuring songs in English, Italian, Greek, Arabic, Hebrew, Armenian, Turkish, and Kurdish.
