Henkie

**Henkie** was a Dutch singer born December 4, 1945, in Elst, Netherlands, who balanced music with a day job as a bicycle salesman before finding success. His breakout track, *"de fiets van piet van pa,"* paved the way for his biggest hit, *"Lief Klein Konijntje"* (2006), which peaked at #26 in the Dutch Top 40 and earned a golden record, while also topping charts in Belgium. Later in his career, he released *"Mijn Goudvis,"* among other works. Henkie passed away on July 19, 2022, at age 76.
