His career flourished with De Wolfe Music, where he composed extensively for film and television, creating iconic library music. Notable works include the *Tilsley Orchestral* series and compositions featured in films like *The Body Stealers* and *What’s Good for the Goose*. His music has been widely used in TV shows such as *The Sweeney* and *The Benny Hill Show*, and more recently in *Breaking Bad*. Tilsley's compositions have also been sampled by artists like Drake and Soulja Boy.
Tilsley's versatility extended beyond library music; he worked with various artists, arranging and conducting for stars like Tom Jones and Engelbert Humperdinck. His music continues to be featured in contemporary films, such as *Letters to Juliet* and *Laggies*.
