Krzysztof Kusiel-Moroz is a renowned Polish conductor, educator, and cultural animator, born on November 9, 1965. He graduated from the Fryderyk Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw, where he studied symphonic-operatic conducting under Professor Stanisław Wisłocki and choral conducting with Ryszard Zimak. Kusiel-Moroz is a very active conductor who has worked with several Polish philharmonic orchestras, including the National Philharmonic in Warsaw and Sinfonia Varsovia. He has also performed internationally, including in Germany, the Benelux countries, France, Lithuania, Latvia, Norway, Japan, and the USA. In addition to his orchestral work, he is the founder of the Warsaw Boys' Choir and has made numerous phonographic recordings with this ensemble.
Kusiel-Moroz is also a director at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music, where he teaches conducting and conducts the Mixed Choir. He has participated in significant festivals such as the International "Wratislavia Cantans" Festival. His repertoire includes conducting major choral works like Carmina Burana and Mozart's Requiem. Furthermore, he serves as the Chorus Master for the Vocal Ensemble of the Warsaw Chamber Opera, which consists of professional singers performing in opera and oratorio concerts.
