Temptress is a hard rock band that formed in Los Angeles, California in 1986. The band's original lineup consisted of vocalist Sean Murphy, guitarist Chris Laney, bassist Mike Blatz, and drummer Scott Jeffreys. Temptress released their debut album, "The Pleasure Zone," in 1988, which was followed by "Slave to the Rhythm" in 1990. The band toured extensively throughout the late 1980s and early 1990s, opening for acts such as Bon Jovi, Warrant, and Poison. Temptress disbanded in 1993, but reformed in 2005 with a new lineup. The band has continued to release music and tour since then, and their most recent album, "Temptress," was released in 2018.
