4arm is a heavy metal band from the United States, formed in 2018. The band consists of vocalist and guitarist Jake Harmond, bassist and vocalist Matt Bachand, and drummer Chris Merrell. 4arm's music is characterized by its aggressive riffs, pounding drums, and soaring vocals. The band has released three EPs to date: "Pathway to Oblivion" (2019), "Survivalist" (2020), and "Carnal" (2021). 4arm has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and has shared the stage with bands such as Lamb of God, Killswitch Engage, and Trivium.
