Architectural Genocide

**Architectural Genocide** is a **brutal death metal band from Houston, Texas**, formed in 2017. The band solidified its lineup by mid-2018 and quickly made waves in the Texas death metal scene with their heavy, aggressive sound. Led by vocalist **Daniel Brockway** (ex-Cerebral Rot), the current lineup includes **Matt Day** on bass (Stabbing), **Nat Conner** on drums (Dysmetria, Remorseless, ex-Stabbing), and **Tom Savage** on guitar.

Architectural Genocide released their debut full-length album, *Cordyceptic Anthropomorph*, in March 2020 through Comatose Music. After a six-year gap, the band made a smashing comeback with their second album, *Malignant Cognition*, reuniting with Comatose Music to deliver a punishing blend of old-school and modern brutal death metal. Their music is characterized by crushing riffs, blast beats, slam death influences, and guttural vocals that appeal to fans of the genre's most visceral and aggressive offerings.
