Plava Trava Zaborava is a pioneering Croatian country and western band formed in Zugreb in 1982, initially on the initiative of Dražen Vrdoljak. The band's name translates to "Bluegrass Oblivion" in English. They were one of the first country music groups in Yugoslavia and have been influential in the region, known for their lively performances and unique blend of traditional and contemporary elements. Over the years, the band has included notable members such as Eduard "Jimmy" Matešić, Davor Rodik, and Rajka Sutlović, among others. They have released several albums, including *Live!* (1984), *Country* (1985), *Hat Trick* (1987), *Dance All Night – Live* (1988), and *16 Nam Je Godina Tek* (1998).
Plava Trava Zaborava has performed at numerous festivals and concerts, such as the Zagreb Country Music Festival, showcasing their ability to engage audiences with their energetic performances.
