Cheetah Chrome is best known as the wild-haired guitarist for the infamous punk band Dead Boys, one of the pioneering acts of the American punk rock scene in the late 1970s. With raw, high-energy riffs and a take-no-prisoners stage presence, he helped define the gritty sound of Cleveland's underground scene before relocating with the band to New York City, where they became regulars at CBGB alongside punk legends like the Ramones and Television.

After the breakup of Dead Boys, Chrome continued to make waves in the punk and alternative music world, playing with bands like Rocket from the Tombs and launching solo projects that stayed true to his punk roots. Known for his fierce guitar style and unfiltered attitude, Cheetah Chrome remains a cult hero of punk rock, carrying the torch for the genre's rebellious spirit well into the 21st century.
