Josefus is an American rock band with a fervent cult following, hailing from the vibrant music scene of Houston, Texas. The band was formed in the late 1960s, initially, under the name United Gas but quickly changed to Josefus. They found their stride in a potent mix of hard rock, blues, and psychedelic sounds that encapsulated the rebellious spirit of the era.
