Värmlandspojkarna

Värmlandspojkarna is a Swedish band from Karlskoga, formed in 1999 by its conductor Per Henning. The band's style blends pop, rock, dance, and cover music. In 2006, the lineup changed, with Per Henning on vocals and keyboard, joined by Peter Andersson on guitar and vocals, and Kenneth Augustsson on drums and vocals. One of their notable achievements was in 2009 when they gained attention from Adam Alsing, who featured their single "Ut med båten" as a potential summer hit. This exposure led to their first national hit, peaking at number 21 on the Swedish singles chart, and they were signed by Warner Music.

The band has released several albums and singles, including recent titles like "Det snöar i Värmland" and "Sista Sommaren." Their music often celebrates regional themes and has a strong local appeal. With a blend of catchy melodies and regional charm, Värmlandspojkarna have built a dedicated following in Sweden.
