**Low Island** is an Oxford-born indie-electronic quartet serving up sleek synthscapes and introspective bops. Formed by schoolmates Carlos Posada (vocals/guitar), Jacob Lively (bass), Felix Higginbottom (drums), and Jamie Jay (keys), the band blends danceable rhythms with emotionally charged lyrics, landing somewhere between neon-lit dancefloors and late-night existential musings. Since their early DIY days, they’ve carved a niche with releases like 2021’s debut album *If You Could Have It All Again* and the *Life In Miniature* EP series, which spawned fan favorites like "Spit It Out" and the Alex Metric-remixed "In Your Arms." Known for their kinetic live shows (and running their own label, Emotional Interference), Low Island keeps fans hooked with stripped-back acoustic twists and club-ready reworks, proving they’re as versatile as they are vibey.
