Groaning Retch

Groaning Retch is a death metal band formed in 2022, currently based primarily in the Massachusetts/Connecticut area and has made a name for itself on the East Coast with its aggressive and hard-hitting style. Their music centers around themes of puke, bile, and death, delivering a putrid, visceral sound that resonates with fans of extreme metal. The current lineup features Mike on vocals, Devin and Matt on guitars, AJ on bass, and Slam on drums. Since their inception, Groaning Retch has released several tracks and EPs such as "Blended With Bile," featuring songs like "Eating The Emesis," "Drenched In Fluids," and "Puking Your Guts Out," and has been recognized for their relentless energy and uncompromising approach to the genre. They are currently signed to Iron Fortress Records.
