Kaori Kishitani

**Kaori Kishitani** is a Japanese singer-songwriter, composer, lyricist, and guitarist. Born on February 17, 1967, she is best known for her role as the lead vocalist of the iconic all-female rock band Princess Princess. Princess Princess enjoyed significant success in the late 1980s and early 1990s, with a streak of five consecutive number-one singles on Oricon's charts, including the hit song "Diamonds" in 1989. The band disbanded in 1996 but reunited in 2012 and again in 2016 for several concerts. Kishitani has also pursued a solo career and has written songs for other artists. She is currently active with her band Unlock the Girls. Recent releases include "ボディガード," "Beautiful," "Unlock the girls 3 -STAY BLUE-," and "ミラーボール".
