NRBQ

NRBQ (short for New Rhythm and Blues Quartet) is a genre-defying American band known for their quirky, adventurous blend of rock, pop, jazz, blues, and everything in between. Formed in 1966 by keyboardist and songwriter Terry Adams, the group has built a cult following over the decades thanks to their eclectic sound, energetic live shows, and musical versatility. While the lineup has changed multiple times throughout the years, Adams has remained the constant creative force behind the band.

NRBQ's music often feels like a joyous celebration of American pop music, capable of switching from Beach Boys-style harmonies to Sun Ra-inspired improvisation in the span of a single show.
