Mustafa Isakovic

Mustafa Isakovic is a Bosnian sevdalinka singer and songwriter. He is known for his powerful voice and his ability to convey the emotions of the sevdalinka genre. Isakovic was born in 1952 in the village of Gornje Hrasno near Visoko, Bosnia and Herzegovina. He began singing at a young age and quickly gained recognition for his talent. In 1974, he released his debut album, "Mustafa Isakovic," which was a critical and commercial success. Isakovic has since released over 30 albums and has toured extensively throughout the world. He is considered one of the most important figures in the sevdalinka genre and is known as the "King of Sevdah."
