Linkwood

Linkwood is the moniker of Nick Moore, a Scottish producer and DJ highly esteemed within the realms of underground electronic music. Known for his deep, soulful blend of house, techno, and electro, Linkwood first made a mark on the music scene in the late 2000s. His breakout came with the release of "System" in 2009, an acclaimed album that showcased his knack for crafting atmospheric tracks underpinned by intricate rhythms and emotive melodies. Linkwood's style is characterized by a meticulous attention to sonic texture and a fondness for analog equipment, elements that lend his music a warm, organic quality.

Throughout his career, Linkwood's discography has expanded to include a series of well-received EPs and collaborations, such as the "Firecracker EP" series which earned cult status among electronic music aficionados. His partnership with fellow musician Greg Foat led to the creation of "Linkwood & Foat," an album that fuses jazz sensibilities with electronic soundscapes, further diversifying his repertoire. Linkwood's output, including the likes of "Expressions" and its subsequent remix packages, as well as more recently "Night Theatre, Vol. 1," continues to earn praise for its evolution and depth, cementing his place as a versatile and innovative force in contemporary electronic music.
