Meowlau X Val

Meowlau X Val is a dynamic drum 'n bass and pop duo from Slovakia, consisting of Laura Jašková (Meowlau) and Valentína Vlková (Val). They gained recognition in the Slovak music scene with their debut EP "Nevermind," released in February 2022. Meowlau handles the electronic production, while Val brings her resonant voice to the forefront. Their music is known for its energetic beats and strong atmospherics, making their live performances highly engaging. The duo has been accompanied by a drummer, initially Martin Miklis and later Vladoš Paška since summer 2024, enhancing their live shows with dynamic drumming.

Meowlau X Val's rise to prominence also included becoming Spotify's ambassadors for the 'EQUAL CZ&SK' playlist. They have continued to produce new music, with a new EP titled "Daydream" announced for release at the end of 2023. Their music style blends drum 'n bass with pop elements, creating a unique sound that has captivated audiences in Slovakia and beyond.
