Matthew Mcghie

Matthew Mcghie is an acoustic, experimental, folk, and rock singer-songwriter from Corby, England, currently based in Edinburgh. He is known for his unique sound, which has been compared to artists like Jake Bugg, Neil Young, Noel Gallagher, and The The. Mcghie released his self-titled debut EP in March 2018 through the Infinite Hive Music label. His music often features acoustic guitar accompanied by effects pedals, creating a distinctive sonic landscape. Over the years, he has been actively gigging in the U.K., including several tours, and is working on new material for a debut album.
