Her musical journey began at a young age; she started learning the hammered dulcimer at six and later transitioned to guitar and piano. Her early musical ventures included a folk duo with her sister, known as the Buchegger-Dirndln. Buchegger gained significant recognition after winning the Austrian casting show *Starmania* in 2021. Her debut album, *Windschatten*, released in 2024, combines elements of alpine folklore with modern pop, reflecting her personal upbringing and cultural depth.
