Dreamcatcher

Dreamcatcher is a South Korean girl group formed by Happyface Entertainment in January 2017. The group consists of seven members: JiU, SuA, Siyeon, Handong, Yoohyeon, Dami, and Gahyeon. They started with a unique rock-influenced sound that set them apart from the typical K-pop girl group offerings. Their name and concept evoke a blend of mystery and fantasy, often incorporating supernatural and horror-esque elements into their music videos and lyrics.

Since their debut, Dreamcatcher has carved out a niche following both domestically and internationally with their distinctive sound and choreography. Their most recent works form an apocalyptic narrative, with releases like "Apocalypse: Save us" and "Apocalypse: Follow us" showcasing the group's continued commitment to thematic and musically intense comebacks. With mini-albums like "Dystopia: Road to Utopia" and "Summer Holiday," Dreamcatcher showcases their versatility, weaving darker, empowering themes with softer, introspective moments. Despite their relatively young career, they have already embarked on world tours, highlighting their widespread appeal and the fervent support of their fans, affectionately known as InSomnia.
