Daev Martian

Daev Martian, born Dave Moyo, is a talented producer, artist, and DJ from Johannesburg, South Africa. Growing up in a musical family, with his father being a jazz bass guitarist, Daev was exposed to music from a young age. His journey into music production began when he learned to use digital audio workstations (DAWs) at a friend's house, leading him to create instrumentals daily since 2009. Daev's career gained momentum with the release of his first mixtape, "Planet Marz," in 2012, and he continued to grow with notable releases like "Allow Me" and his debut EP "UmSindo Wam'" in 2015. His work has been recognized internationally, with collaborations and projects that have garnered attention from artists like Mac Miller and The Internet.

Daev Martian's music often reflects his eclectic style, blending various genres to create unique soundscapes. He has been associated with labels such as Goldie Records and Gentle Records, and has worked on projects with Red Bull Studios in Cape Town.
