The Crew's breakthrough hit, "21 Seconds," catapulted them into the UK mainstream, earning them a MOBO award and a number one spot on the UK Singles Chart in 2001. It became emblematic of their innovative style, defined by a unique formula wherein numerous MCs took sequential 21-second turns on the mic. This track, and others from their debut album "They Don't Know," were instrumental in bringing UK garage to a wider audience.
