Modern Skirts is an indie rock band from Brooklyn, New York. The band was formed in 2008 by Adam Gnade and Casey Dienel. Their music has been described as "dreamy" and "atmospheric," with a sound that draws from shoegaze, folk, and electronica. Modern Skirts have released four albums to date, including their most recent, "Catalogue of Generous Men," which was released in 2022.
