The Lazy Eyes

The Lazy Eyes is an emerging psychedelic rock band that hails from Sydney, Australia. The group consists of four members—Harvey Geraghty (vocals, keyboard), Itay Shachar (vocals, bass), Blake Wise (guitar), and Noah Martin (drums)—each contributing to the band's dreamy and kaleidoscopic sound. Formed in their teenage years while attending the same performing arts high school, they quickly bonded over a shared passion for music that defies the ordinary, drawing inspiration from the rich tapestry of '60s and '70s psychedelic rock and pop.

Since releasing their debut single "Cheesy Love Song" in 2019, The Lazy Eyes have steadily gained recognition within the indie music scene, delivering a mix of melody-rich tunes and expansive sonic explorations. Capitalizing on that initial buzz, they continued to build their discography with the release of two EPs, aptly named "EP1" in 2020, containing fan favorites like "The Seaside" and "Tangerine", and "EP2" in 2021, showcasing their growth with tracks like "Where’s My Brain???" and "Nobody Taught Me." Their talent for dynamic, hypnotic performances and retro-infused contemporary sound has garnered a loyal fan base. In addition to their original content, The Lazy Eyes also earned applause for their inventive cover of the Bee Gees classic "More Than A Woman" on the influential Australian radio station Triple J's Like A Version segment, further demonstrating their versatility and reverence for music history. With a reputation for vibrant and engaging live shows, The Lazy Eyes continue to capture hearts and ears, leaving audiences excited for the next phase of their flourishing career.
