Brothers Past

Brothers Past was a Philadelphia-based experimental rock band that blended electronic textures with jam band sensibilities, creating a signature "future rock" sound. Formed in the late 1990s, the group featured Tom Hamilton (guitar/vocals), Tom McKee (keys/vocals), Clay Parnell (bass), and Rick Lowenberg (drums). They gained a cult following for their hypnotic live shows that fused improvisation with tightly crafted songs, showcased on releases like *This Feeling's Called Goodbye* (2005) and the *Everything Must Go* live series. Though not widely mainstream, their influence rippled through the jamtronica scene, with Hamilton later becoming known for projects like American Babies and JRAD.
