Cristiano Malgioglio is an Italian singer, songwriter, and television personality. Born in Ramacca, Sicily, in 1945, he began his career as a songwriter in the 1970s, penning hits for artists such as Mina, Iva Zanicchi, and Ornella Vanoni. In the 1980s, he launched his own singing career, releasing several successful albums and singles. Malgioglio is known for his flamboyant personality and his distinctive vocal style, which has been described as "operatic pop." He has also appeared in numerous television shows and films, and is a regular guest on Italian talk shows.
