Partizan

Partizan is a Romanian rock band formed in Bucharest in 2001. Initially composed of former members of the band Timpuri Noi, including Adrian Pleșca and Răzvan Moldovan, the group later expanded to include Vali Neamțu (ex-Iris), Cristian Sandu (ex-Krypton), Vasile Malic, and Dan Mușetescu. Their discography includes two studio albums, "Am cu ce" (2002) and "București" (2003), as well as a single "Păpușea masculină" (2003). They have been quite active in the Romanian music scene, with hits like "Fata mea" and "Banii," both of which received airplay on Romanian television. Partizan disbanded in 2004 but reunited in 2011 after a seven-year hiatus, continuing to contribute to Romania's vibrant rock culture.

Notably, "Fata mea" was one of the Romanian hits of 2002, earning Partizan several nominations at the MTV Europe Music Awards and MTV Romania Music Awards. Their music often reflects the dynamic and energetic spirit of Romanian rock, with "București" showcasing their ability to craft catchy and engaging songs like "Deplasarea obiectelor" and "Mii de scuze." Throughout their career, Partizan has been recognized for their distinctive sound and energetic live performances.
