DarWin

DarWin is a progressive rock supergroup featuring the multinational collaboration of Simon Phillips on drums, Matt Bissonette on vocals and bass, and the guitarist and producer known simply as DarWin. The band is recognized for crafting intricate musical landscapes that blend rock with orchestral and electronic elements, aiming to create immersive album experiences rather than just collections of songs. Their debut album, *Origin of Species* (2018), is a 17-track concept project addressing themes like climate change and humanity’s future, showcasing their ambition for epic and intricate songwriting.

The band brings together top-tier musicianship—Matt Bissonette is known for his work with Elton John and Joe Satriani, and Simon Phillips is a Grammy-nominated producer and drummer.
