Haydée Schvartz is a renowned Argentine pianist and educator, born on December 28, 1956, in Buenos Aires. She began playing the piano at the age of four and studied at the Conservatorio Superior de Música Manuel de Falla under Roberto Brando. Schvartz later continued her studies in Ginebra with Nikita Magalov and in London with María Curcio. Her career spans classical music to contemporary works, including performances in prestigious venues around the world. She has also been involved in numerous musical projects and collaborations, such as the Quinteto CEAMC and the Ensamble TROPI, specializing in contemporary chamber music. Additionally, she directs the project "Manos a las Obras," which features classical and contemporary piano-violin repertoire.
