Kalomira

Kalomira Sarantis, known professionally as Kalomira, is a Greek-American singer who rose to fame after winning the Greek talent show "Fame Story" in 2004. Born on January 31, 1985, in West Hempstead, New York, to Greek parents, she has embraced her Hellenic roots through her music career. Kalomira's youthful energy and pop sensibilities quickly won over the Greek public, and she subsequently released a number of albums, which include a mix of modern pop hits and laïko (a style of Greek music).

Kalomira's notable career breakthrough came in 2008 when she represented Greece in the Eurovision Song Contest with the catchy and upbeat song "Secret Combination," which earned her a respectable third place, enhancing her popularity not only in Greece but across Europe. Her discography features a blend of dance tracks and ballads, often drawing upon themes of love, empowerment, and joy.
