Wot Gorilla?

Wot Gorilla? is a math rock band hailing from Halifax, England. Formed in 2009, the four-piece group combines elements of math rock, pop, and progressive rock, creating a unique sound characterized by complex song structures and unusual time signatures. The band's name is inspired by a track from Genesis' 1976 album "Wind & Wuthering".

Known for their technical performances and energetic live shows, Wot Gorilla? has shared stages with notable acts like Tubelord, Tera Melos, Cursive, and The Get Up Kids. They've also performed at major UK festivals, including Reading and Leeds. The band has released several EPs and a debut album titled "Kebnekaise" in 2012, which showcased their evolution towards a more technical and fuller sound.
