Soko Matemai, formerly known as Sharky, is a Zimbabwean hip-hop artist born Marshall Zivashe Muchenje on June 8, 1993, in Chitungwiza, Zimbabwe. He is known for blending traditional Zimbabwean instruments like the mbira and hosho with modern live instruments in his music, creating a unique sound that pays homage to his cultural roots. Recently, he has released several tracks, including "Imbuzi," "3-Way," "KING," "Hobho," "Uta Hwangu," "Yemarasta Haipotse," "Pakaipa (Skym N Remix)," "Maraki," "Mine," and "24/7."
